The
Care and Feeding of your Calphalon 10 Glass Cover Cookware
Do:
· Preheat
· Use appropriate heat settings (from low to medium-high)
· Clean your pans thoroughly in hot, sudsy water. Remember
– residue will cause food to stick to your hard-anodized cookware
use scouring cleansers to clean . Only liquid scouring cleansers like
Soft Scrub are safe for the nonstick lines.
Don't:
· Season your pans
· Use cooking sprays
· Put them in the dishwasher
· Use high heat unless boiling or reducing liquid
· Put chilled food in a hot pan
· Use baking soda, bleach, or oven cleaners on your cookware
